No pets are
allowed in any of the properties or in any of the garages. Please
leave your pets at home.
The Terraces
at Eagle Ridge, Timber Run, and the Cross Timbers Townhomes have rental
policies set by the companies managing the complexes. Giant View Lodge
and Vista Chalets have their rental policies set by Special Places
of Steamboat.
Giant View
Lodge and the Vista Chalets:
At the time of booking, a credit card is required to secure your reservation.
An initial deposit of 2 nights' lodging must be received within 10
days. If the initial deposit is not received, Special Places will
charge a $150 uninsurable cancellation fee to your credit card. Your
check is preferred on the balance due. The final payment is due 45
days or more prior to arrival.
All cancellations
will be charged a $150 uninsurable cancellation fee. In the Winter,
if a reservation is canceled 90-45 days prior to arrival, the $150
cancellation fee and the 2 nights lodging rate will be forfeited.
If a reservation is canceled less than 45 days prior to arrival, all
payments will be forfeited.
In the Summer,
if the cancellation is 14-21 days prior to arrival, the initial deposit
of 2 nights lodging is forfeited along with the cancellation fee.
If the cancellation is less than 14 days prior to arrival, all payments
are forfeited. Optional travel insurance is available at the time
of booking.

For nightly rentals during the ski season, an initial deposit of $500
per reservation is due at the time of booking by major credit card.
The final payment, payable by check only, is due 45 days prior to
arrival. Mountain Resorts reserves the right to cancel any reservation
if deposit or payment dates are not met.
If a written
cancellation is received 46 or more days prior to arrival, a cancellation
fee equal to $25 per person will be withheld. If the cancellation
is received 45 days or less prior to arrival, full payment will be
withheld. Reservations made 45 days or less will be subject to cancellation
fees. Optional travel insurance is available at time of booking.
During the summer,
one night's lodging is due at the time of booking the reservation,
by major credit card. Final payment, including taxes, is due 14 days
prior to arrival. If written cancellation is received more than 14
days prior to arrival, the initial deposit will be withheld.
Timber Run:
On nightly rentals during the ski season, one nights lodging deposit
is required to hold each reservation. The deposit is due within 10
days of making your reservation. The balance is due in full 30 days
or more prior to arrival. No partial refunds will be made for late
arrivals or early departures.
All cancellations
must be in writing and must have been issued a cancellation number
to be valid. In the Winter, if a cancellation becomes necessary 30
days or more prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of $25 per person
will be charged. If your reservation is canceled less than 30 days
prior to arrival, all payments will be forfeited.
